Prince George’s County, MD – Man Dies After Being Hit By a Vehicle

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, MD (March 6, 2025) – A man died after being hit by a vehicle in Temple Hills on March 5.

According to the Prince George’s County Police Department, around 9:30 p.m. officers responded to the 4700 block of Saint Barnabas Road for a pedestrian accident. When they arrived, they found a man lying on the road “suffering from trauma.” He died at the scene of the accident.

Police say the driver remained at the scene of the accident and was not injured.

A preliminary investigation revealed that the driver struck the pedestrian who was in the northbound lanes of St. Barnabas Road.

Police are investigating what caused the crash.
